Our clients will process applicant personal data as a data controller and should direct applicants to their own privacy policies setting out how they process personal data.
7.1.5 Identity, Contact, Profile, Usage and Marketing and Communications Data may be disclosed to Sniiper Ltd and Bray Leino Ltd and similar agencies who provide marketing and recruitment services to us.
7.1.6 Identity, Contact, CV, Application, Profile and Marketing and Communications Data may be disclosed to professional advisers (acting as processors or joint controllers) including lawyers, bankers, auditors and insurers who provide consultancy, banking, legal, insurance and accounting services.
7.1.7 Third parties to whom we may choose to sell, transfer or merge parts of our business or our assets. Alternatively, we may seek to acquire other businesses or merge with them. If a change happens to our business, then the new owners may use your personal data in the same way as set out in this Privacy Policy.
