The PHP Developer will to join a team producing a platform that houses numerous sites, creating leads across multiple verticals. You will be involved in a wide variety of tasks including both new and legacy projects for in-house development using the powerful Symfony 2 framework. You will work closely with a talented team, offering ideas and support for the ongoing digital strategy.
The company will rely on you to adopt best practice. The current software stack already utilises automated unit testing, continuous integration, GIT and a flexible approach to continuous deployment however, support and modification of existing legacy projects is a key component of the role. The team are fully agile with elements of Kanban and Scrum dependent on project pipeline.
The Required Skills & Experience
The successful PHP Developer will be experienced in a professional environment and keen to learn. You will need strong Symfony 2 experience or other MVC’s such as Codeigniter, Zend, CakePHP or Yii and the desire to learn Symfony 2.
In exchange for your skills and contribution as PHP Developer, you will receive remuneration up to £45,000.
